Dr Cavazos, or as his patients address him, “DrC”, has been practicing medicine for over 30 years. He graduated with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed a family medicine residency outside Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Bielecki is a diagnostic radiologist with over 20 years academic experience in bone and joint radiology. He has a strong interest in bone and joint diseases, particularly inflammatory and non-inflammatory diseases of the joints and spine. He is an experienced educator of medical students, residents, registrars and fellows, using one-on-one and lecture techniques. He currently is developing a 45-lecture series of talks covering basic musculoskeletal imaging as part of the Kings College Hospital’s Radiology Registrar’s Training Program. Dr. Bielecki was a research fellow at the University of California, San Diego, Veterans Administration Medical Center working under the tutelage of Donald Resnick, MD. As a research fellow, he was involved in the publication of 6 peer-reviewed research papers. In total, he has published over 20 papers in radiology. He spent a total of 18 months working in this research environment. To date his work has been cited 71 times, and recently has supervised over 10 educational posters that have been presented at the European Congress of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, The European Society of Skeletal Radiology, and the International Skeletal Society meetings. Along with training over 120 radiology residents, he developed radiology training for rheumatology fellows. Each fellow spent one month working directly with Dr Bielecki to familiarize themselves with the radiologic signs of rheumatologic diseases. Over his time at OUHSC, Dr. Bielecki trained an additional 40 rheumatologic fellows. Dr Bielecki was appointed Honorary Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Imaging Sciences at King’s College, London, UK and currently works in the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London, United Kingdom.

Irfan Tifeku was born on 26/01/1988 in Kacanik, Kosovo. He has taken the first lessons in his country and the university studies he has finished in Albania. He has completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the age of 25 years from University of Medicine in Tirana. He is the director of the clinic Fizioterapia, a private clinic of the physiotherapy in Prishtina, Kosovo. He has published more than 12 papers in reputed journals and has been part of different conferences and congresses in Kosovo, Albania and abroad in Europe. He has been for two years assistant professor of Kinesiology in the University of Tetovo, in Macedonia. He is specialized in the branch of osteopathy and ultrasound.

Graduated from the University of Zurich he spent most of his residency in institutions around the city of Zurich, including the Zurich University Hospital. At last head of surgical department in a country hospital in the larger Zurich area he founded together with another colleague in the year 2000 the “etzelclinic”, a surgical and orthopaedic unit. Munaf A Hatem studied and practice in Republic of Iraq. I graduated from Medical school at 1998, and then I joined orthopedic programs in different Iraq hospitals. Since 2006 i decided to travel and live in Sultanate of Oman, then I started my practice their since 2010. I decided to pursue my ambition, I joined fellowship and PhD program in Medical University of Lodz, Republic of Poland, now I practice my specialization in both of Sultanate of Oman and Poland. Wagih El Masri WEM trained in the speciality of spinal injuries at Stoke Mandeville, Oxford, Guys Hospitals & the USA between 1971 and 1983 . To date he personally treated 10,000 patients with traumatic Spinal Injuries acute, subacute, rehabilitation phases as well as in the long term. He is the author of the concept of “Physiological Instability of the Injured Spinal Cord ”and an advocate for the evidence based Active Physiological Conservative Management of the patient. He lectured worldwide in developed and developing countries, contributed to the literature with over 140 publications including the Prognostic Indicators of Neurological Recovery, the long term incidence of Post Traumatic Syringomyelia and the increased incidence of Bladder Cancer in SCI patients. He held the offices of President of the International Spinal Cord Society & Chairman of the British Association of Spinal Cord Injury Specialist.
